Returns Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Conditions for Returns:
• Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging, including any certificates or appraisals.
• Custom or engraved pieces are non-refundable unless defective.
• Sale items may be subject to specific return restrictions (see product listing for details).
How to Initiate a Return:

2. We will provide a return authorization and instructions.
3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect.
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.
Repairs Policy
We understand that accidents happen. We offer professional repair services for all our jewelry.
Repair Costs:
• Repairs due to manufacturing defects: Complimentary.
• Repairs due to wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse: Complimentary for the first 12 months. Fees vary based on the extent of the repair.
How to Request a Repair:
1. Contact our customer service team repairs@carelanyc.com with details of the issue and photos of the item.
2. We will provide an estimate and instructions for sending your item to our repair center.
Please allow 2-4 weeks for repairs to be completed.
Lifetime Warranty
All our jewelry is covered by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
What is Covered:
• Loose or lost stones due to defective settings.
• Broken clasps, links, or prongs caused by craftsmanship errors.
What is Not Covered:
• Lost items or center stones.
How to Claim Your Warranty:
1. Contact our customer service team to describe the issue and provide proof of purchase.
2. If covered, we will repair or replace the item at no cost to you.
Important Notes:
• Repairs or alterations made by third parties will void this warranty.
• Shipping costs are covered and we will send you a shipping label.
